Editor for Win 7 64

Hello Everyone

Im having problems finding an editor that works with windows 7 64 .
Ive tryed running ioncross but it says dont recognize
software. Is there somthing i can do to make ioncross
work?

I used to download this editor online a guy designed
that worked with the later software but i cant find it
online anymore. I remember when you downloaded it it put an icon on the desktop. It was a brown planet
when you clicked it opened up a menu just like ion
cross and let you load a saved game and you put in
your info.
