If you know how to ini code the systems by hand, you know how to use FLMS.
If you don’t… Well you’ve got a bit of learning to do before you should even touch FLMS.

To summarize what Bob said (w/o having ever touched FLMS): You might first need to learn some conventional modding, there should be quite some tutorials out here, check out the wiki and the archived area(s).
