I search a Auto-Updater.

I have Have Found in the forge the DSUpdate. It works but only with FLMM.

I Need a updater that works Standalone without mod manager

I have See that FL Orion runs with neoncube (ragnarok patcher) works that without modification?

Try this. IT was originally done by Lancer Solarus back in the day, not tried it myself but everything you need to run it apparently is there
