Need a quick (but well-done) texture or two

Well, I’m trying to add the Hispanic flag to a few base models (basically, how Bretonia’s flag is desplayed on Waterloo’s deck and bar), and it isn’t working out as well as I’d hoped. I was hoping that one of you could could apply it and make it look realistic.
