I was wondering, can you use FLE without the game installed? Or does Freelancer have to be installed to work?

you had to install Freelancer
Usualy the programm combine Freelancer with your mod

Ok, thanks, I was just wondering cause I don’t have FL on my computer right now, and I wanted to work on some systems for my mod (I’ll be really working on the mod once I get my game back)
