ERROR:General:StreamingSound: missing MP3 codec?
ERROR:General:StreamingSound: missing MP3 codec?
WARNING:General:set_gamma_function() called outside of create_buffers/destroy_buffers
WARNING: Failed to get start location
WARNING:General: DA SYSTEM: trailing references
WARNING:General: DA SYSTEM: trailing referencesAnd that’s it.
Can’t start FLServer.exe up, crashes in around 30 seconds. -
Also, this only happens when my mod is installed, so I know vanilla ain’t do nothing wrong.

Don’t know if this helps or not, but I’ve modified some of the UTF files, added music and battleship encounters.
-
i going to take a stab at this but i think your added audio files are in the wrong format which is why you get the error
ERROR:General streamingSound: missing MP3 codec?
ERROR:General streamingSound: missing MP3 codec?this means your files are in a wrong format eg. MP3 which is not supported by freelancer because it has not got the appropriate codec. Look over this tutorial here hopefully that will help.
Ozed.

Aye, tried removing any new music I had added, as well as the UTF files, but I’m still getting the crashes.

Yep, all I have know is the whole
“WARNING:General:set_gamma_function() called outside of create_buffers/destroy_buffers”

Do you still get the codec errors though? (should hope not), just take it step by step and go through all you code, (i know it sounds daunting). Also when was the last time you had it working, this should give you a rough idea where something has gone wrong. I realise this is just general information but any place is a good place to start, right?
Ozed.

I know, the only things I did were add in new ships, new encounters, link together systems with jumpholes, and new music.
