DSAM account errors

At restart today DSAM shows player accounts and they show in the folders BUT no one who logs into the server can see their accounts, I tried renaming the db file and reloading but still nothing. Any ideas?

flhook says cannot connect to list server. Any ideas?

OK, FYI The Fix:

I copied the account.cfg file from a 2 day old copy and wrote over the existing one. It worked.

Not sure. Was working fine then at restart it went down. We are having some storms in the area so who knows what happened in the night. If it flickered on and off quickly? Who knows?
