Yes, great performance by Jürgen Prochnow, the pain goes after you watch it more than three times I’m told. I’ve only watched it twice.

my sci-fi faves include Darkstar, Silent Running, THX1138, This Island Earth, Forbidden Planet and Total Recall mostly for the wrong comedic reasons. inb4 “makes me wish I had three hands”

Visual Effects/Special Effects were good. DA did a nice job here.

the storyline was good, but i don’t think it was executed correctly. There is so much more they could have explored in that movie.

i enjoyed it though, watched it 7 times now and still fun to watch.
