Freelancer Server Major issue.
-
Okay, I’ve got a Hamachi network running for a Freelancer server (So I can play FL with a few good friends of mine who are already in the network).
I’ve installed freelancer and No-CD cracked it. Launched FLServer from the start menu (of windows 7 x64), entered the details it wanted, and i get this screen, of which has NO animation other than the “……loading…” bar marqueeing in its box under Server Name. (screenshot added). any ideas? This is a STOCK install.

Under View, select console view and let’s see how far you’re getting.
This may be a firewall or TCP/IP issue.
To troubleshoot, try disabling all AV and firewall software. Some software may need to be uninstalled in order to rule out security issues.
Also disable TCP version 6 in your local area connection.

IPV6 is disabled.
No, I’m not trying to run FLHook.
website is giving me this:
Errors Returned While Uploading file : freelancer server.JPG
Suspicious image upload refuseduploading to own file sharing application.
for image, please visit:

and click on Freelancer Server.jpg -
Have you tried launching FL Server without running FAM?
-
Have you open the port 2302 in your router?
Acces to the firewall? Not sure but didn’t you need a patch?
-
Port 2302 is open…though it (shouldn’t) make much difference due to it being a Lan-Only set up which I would run it on. (anyone external to my lan has Hamachi)
I havn’t patched anything yet. I didn’t know a patch would be required. if you could point me in the right direction, i will install said patch.
