Nope, didn’t know there was one. The server running the mod is also called 24/7 Phoenix server, i checked the global list first to make sure the name wasn’t being used

Yeah, there was in the past a “Phoenix RPG Mod” - I did some work with the lead developer ww2Jacob, which is how I came to know of the project. Sadly, it is no longer around, as virtually the entire team has (to my knowledge) since moved on to other things.

Looks like a good start (cap ships are always fun) - you never posted more details though. =P

Version 1.03 contains:

Yet more bugfixes
Armored Transport added as flyable ship (actually works this time)
Dockable Planet Sprague added with original docking sequence
Asteroid miners now dockable
Selected Gas miners now dockable
Various game balance issues adressed
Crash in Tau 23 and Omega 7 fixed
Original Tizona Del Cid and Rapier gun FX restored
Icon added for the Simian X-277
Powerplant changed on the Simian X-277
Various bars fixed where the outside view only showed black
Numerous other things which i’ve already forgotten

Would have been nice to have been asked first tbh. I regularly update the mod and you will need the latest version to be able to play the MP side of things otherwise the server won’t let you on.

While i’m working on my other mod, Galacticum, thought i’d resurrect my Phoenix mod to give the server something to do. Fixed a few bugs, most notably in SP, and a number of other things that were irritating me. The new version will be 1.05 and will be uploaded as soon as i’ve finished testing it. Probably be a day or two

I really like the look of the ship in the last and second last screen shots. I wish i am able to download the mod to get a proper look but have reached my download limit this month.

It’s not the same one you’re thinking of no. I had this running about a year ago and then stopped for a while. When i’ve finished the current version which should be very soon, days, hours possibly, then i’ll post the download links
