How to change the range of found bases?

After long tests I now assume it’s either the .cmp or the .sur. I had a vanilla solararch.ini entry; using the miningbase_small_rock.cmp with that caused the base to not appear on radar (I was 150k away from the base). Using the same solararch.ini entry with a custom .cmp and a custom .sur(nothing special, just a box
) it appeared on radar.

i test it with an vanilla Outpost:
the Outpost Stations in NL appear on the rader but West Point in NY dont appear on radar
The loadout the nearly the same, its the same .cmp and .sur and its the same solararch.ini

If so (I never really noticed a different between the appearance of those stations)… then the only differences are the “faction” lines and the “difficulty_level”

Clanbases on HHC mod have diff level = 30 and a different radar appearens
