for reference, the ‘creation date’ is often a poor indicator of a files timestamp. If you copy/paste a file in windows the creation date will be updated as you just ‘created’ a new file.
the ‘modified date’ is a much better indicator.
All the files in my MS directory show the same creation date (the folder was copy/pasted from another hard drive) but the modified dates:
msCMPImporter27.dll - 9/9/2008
msCMPImporterP1p3r.dll - 10/24/2011
