    How can I use this model as solar or equipment model?

    Adding a hardpoints to the model and making it use as a shield doesnt show neither on a ship nor as a solar.

    My Lord adoxa, is there a way to disable the chase camera in turret view? (e.g) If you roll your ship, the camera will not follow the ship’s rolling movement… (i.e) when the ship moves the camera will not chase or follow the movement of an/a object/ship.

    I suggest you go back and look at what textures are allocated and make sure they are all correct. Tip: texture nicknames are case sensitive, so "Texture" is not the same as "texture"

    I have it running on Win7 64bit without issues. Like DwnUndr says, Install it on a different drive if you have yours partitioned, right click on the main flmm exe and run it in compatibility mode for XP, and as administrator. Should work fine, if it doesn’t, make sure you have administrator priveliges on your user account to start with

    there is no simple XYZ size thing of an engine flame and especially since they are each unique, you probably will have to experiment a bit.
    However, as for the code posted: those are groups of two values, first being the relative particle lifetime and the second being the relative particle size at that time. Note that the number of values is always even in the lines of that block. As to why there are two curves described is probably related to other parameters in the alchemy node or it must be my memory failing me yet again.
    IIRC, there is also an emitter size and orientation block, and unless there are complex animations inside (or in fact anywhere else which there have to be for otherwise your engine flame would be spherical) that you don’t think you want to mess with, editing some of those may give you an idea about effect offsets and size.

    Its trial and error for all of us. Those who got as far that they could sum it up in a tutorial or something just won’t do it.

    Let it go man, it’s not worth the bother. People add hundreds of ships in mods, they don’t have sound files and it doesn’t detract from the experience in any way. Bases have an entry like this too, we just omit this line for any new base we add.

    Keep in mind, that if your ship’s groups are offset from the origin through the cons nodes, the coordinate values of your hardpoint will be added linearly to the offset values.

    Yes, I also know that those sounds does not cause CTD or any problems but it is better to have those features ON on Freelancer so that you can experience the true Freelancer game… LOL {^_^}. Would you agree, right?

    Exactly.
    & due to the fact that there is no ‘language selection screen or option’ inside the game, FL just read out the given DLL files as they are present. You can mix the languages DLLs up aswell, but you should prefer to use only one language, or make 2 versions of ur custom DLL and let the users use FLMM to decide 🙂
