    I’ve already thought about some point you mentioned! I’ve just never talked about it. As for tachyon… O_O Imaginary mass… Hmmm… It’s complex. But I don’t remember of positron weapons.
    I was just focusing on stars because I’ve never seen these sorts of inaccuracy in a game! Because of the fact that not so much game give the feature of selecting stars.

    @ SWAT_OP-R8R : That’s true! Their skins are too smooth… They don’t look realistic. 😉

    It’s me or you that is missing the forest for the trees? To know. Because if it’s me I can say that I really enjoy this game, the story is good, the battles are nice, the tiny looking univers is a strength because it makes the game less boring and dynamic.

    It’s so awesome that we can resize vanilla ships without importing them to ms3d or 3ds max, in combination with adoxa’s sur resizer, the rescaling process is way faster than before.

    Many thanks to have implemented this option!

    If I make a model pack, I should create a mod with new encounter formations in order to have no weird squad formations where ships are interlaced. And I will need to change Norfolk Shipyard station, it would be quite strange to see this so big Dreadnought in a so small shipyard if I dont resize the shipyards.

    I recently re-installed Freelancer (on Win10).

    This was my recipe:

    a. Freelancer clean install
    b. MS patch v1.1
    c. Jason FLP - (the unofficial 1.4 patch and other fixes)
    d. Installed the no-cd exe

    Vanilla Freelancer played perfectly online. I found that the single player campaign did not.

    When I came to try the Discover mod, it did not like my “fixed” vanilla Freelancer install.

    So, I simply uninstalled Freelancer, re-installed it again, applied the MS v1.1 patch (cos I wanted it to be totally MS up to date).

    Then I ran the Discover installer and it installed first time. Make sure you run the Discovery installer with admin rights.

    Been playing it without a hitch for a week now.

    hmm, well in that case i played crossfire which was nice with all the new editions (ship wise) in original story campaign + the crossfire part campaign was kinda fun only thing i hated was the insanely long distances on some missions, but to comeback on topi, if there isnt any campaign mods to play without any bug with gunboats and etc. maybe there is a a classic campaign with alot of new ships and weapons which can be used from the early levels basicly something similar to crossfire maybe?

    I know and I did, but nothing happened. I used the trade lane to do this many times. I sat there with a steady stream of shots for a good 2 minutes each time. lol

    I could pretend that they were just afraid to come help defend the battleship because they know I’ll destroy them in seconds. 🙂 “Come get some!”
